 What is the DEFAULT shipping address?
The default SHIPPING address is the BILL TO: address you entered when creating your ACCOUNT. We DONOT to Ship P.O. Box addresses.

 What does REFURBISHED mean?
Manufacturer Refurbished items have been inspected and re-packaged by the original equipment manufacturer. In some cases, items may have been repaired. These products offer functionality and attractive price discounts. Consumer Depot also refurbishes computer products. These items have been inspected and repackaged. These products carry warranty.(Warranties vary for each product.)

 Do you ship International Orders?
At this time we do NOT ship International Orders Except United State. Consumer Depot only ships orders within the United States includes Hawai and Alaska.

 What is an ACCOUNT and do I need one?
Your USER ACCOUNT allows Consumer Depot to provide several important functions. If you wish to place an order, you will need to create an account. Your ACCOUNT contains your contact information, and other data essential to processing your order.

 What's my ORDER STATUS?
1)You will receive email confirmation with Tracking Number when order gets ship from our warehouse. To track your order, click on tracking number link in the email that was sent to you.
2) You also can check the status of an order, by LOGIN to MY ACCOUNT and click on the Order History/Status. Past Orders and tracking numbers will be displayed. Click on the TRACKING NUMBER to check the STATUS of that order.

Please Note: Our Cut off time is 11:00AM CT. Every order made after 11am will be processed on next day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. All shipping times and dates are subject to change without notice.

 What should I do if I forget my password?

 How do I cancel or change an order?
To cancel an order, you must contact a customer service representive at 604 592-5388 between the hours of 10:00am - 6:30pm (Pacific Time). You can also send an email to
me with Cancel Order# in subject line. Changes cannot be made on any Order after it is placed.

Credit Card payment is required for on online ordering. Only U.S.A & Canada Bank Credit Cards are accepted. Please read the information below regarding different billing and shipping address.
Credit Card Payment Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) when completing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay or cancellation of your order. At this time, we cannot process orders for credit cards with an international billing address or for credit cards issued by a bank outside the United States. Our site encrypts all credit card information you supply and safely transmits it to our computers. If you prefer not to enter your credit card number online, please refer to our Online Security link on the bottom of our site, which explains how to place orders in this case.
Different Bill To / Ship To Address with Credit Card Payment The most common problem occurs at this point. If your shipping address is the same address where your monthly credit card statement is sent, you do not need to do anything. To better protect and serve our customers, we have implemented the following fraud protection program. If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address, the shipping address must be verifiable. To establish an alternate shipping address, please complete the following steps.
  • Call the credit card company (Their toll-free customer service number is listed on the back of your credit card).
  • Inform them that you would like to include an alternate shipping address on your credit card account.
  • Tell them your alternate shipping address (you may have more than one on file).
You may follow these instructions with any credit card as all credit card companies allow you to have alternate shipping addresses on file. By following these instructions, we can verify your shipping address without having to contact you personally. If you do not have an alternate shipping address on your credit card account, one of our customer service representatives will contact the cardholder via email to verify or change the order. The order will be delayed pending authorization from the cardholder who must be contacted at the billing phone number. This is one of the ways that Consumer Depot strives to protect its customers.

 How much is shipping?
You can see exactly how much your shipping will be by placing the item(s) in your shopping cart and clicking "proceed with purchase". You will then see your product total and shipping charges before you complete the order.

 Can I SHIP my order to a different address?
In an effort to reduce Credit Card Fraud, Orders totaling less than $500. may be shipped to a different address. Orders which are greater than $500. must be shipped to the billing address.

 What does Bulk Pack OEM mean?
OEM generally means "Original Equipment Manufacturers." Bulk-Pack/OEM products do not have fancy packaging materials and are often produced in much higher volume, both of which result in much lower prices. The OEM products are of the same quality and often carry the same manufacturer warranty as their retail counterparts (the single-pack). They also often include supporting materials such as manuals and drivers when applicable.

 SHIPPING SPECIALS
Consumer Depot offers "Flat Fee" shipping charges on certain items. These "Flat Fee" specials only apply to single quantity purchases. Adding additional quantities or additional items to your shopping cart will increase the package weight, thus increasing the shipping charges.

Our Refurbished products are tested, inspected and repackaged. Refurbished items are complete with all of the necessary accessories.Whenever possible, in original packaging, with documentation and software. However, a small percentage of units may be missing Documentation or Software.Usually these items are available from the manufacturer or may be downloaded from the manufacturers' WEBSITE.
